Banana White Chia Oatmeal
In honour of banana lovers day, I thought I would give you a yummy new way to bump up your morning oatmeal. Oatmeal is a great way to start your day for all sorts of reasons, it’s a great source of fibber, potassium, phosphorus and manganese. Oatmeal is a great breakfast for the whole family!

- 2 tbsp white chia seed whole
- 1 cup Rolled Porridge oats (Raw)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1 Tbsp raw hemp hearts (optional)
- 1 Heaping tbsp raw peanut butter
Slice the banana and set aside.
In a small sauce pan, add the oats, water and chia seed, cook on low until the oats are tender and all the water had been absorbed. This should take about 5 minutes.
