
Holistic Demystified More often then not I find my self lost for words when trying to explain in the simplest terms what exactly Holistic means so hear is the break down.
The holistic approach is the whole body approach,
considering body, mind and spirit.
Being healthy is not about looking seamlessly good all the time. Its about balance and being in tune with you body to be able to sense your needs. Consider this; Your an Olympic runner, about to run your last race, going for gold. Right before your last race your brother falls ill. We all have an understanding that if your “ off your game” you will not be able to preform at 100%. But why is that? Simply, your off balance, you body is not at ease.
Some people recognize this, that to be happy all aspects of your being must be a peace. Holistically speaking when all systems are balanced you will be of optimal health, happy, and satisfied with your life. Obtaining this isn't always easy work. This means dealing with your inner problems, accepting and forgiving yourself for past faults.
Giving yourself the power to put your best foot forward. There is no blame or shame in holistic healing. Sounds great right? There’s no catch, just hard work, but remember that your working towards bliss, and that will be incentive enough.
