Groups of up to eight people at a time can learn how to prepare all the food they need for one week, how to cook for weight loss, how to cook for special dietary needs, how to make terrific party foods or how to make the most of fresh, seasonal produce.

Sure Chef believes that, “Diets do not have to be limiting or time consuming. The point is to receive the foods your body needs at the times that your body needs them while learning to make choices that are right for your body type and personal medical concerns.”

Cooking Classes can be bought in packages of 3, prices very depending on whether the classes are for you alone ,with you spouse or with your family.
  • Single Classes are $75, includes 3 recipes, with the hard copy of the recipes for future reference, as well as a grocery list of the ingredients needed.
  • Couple Classes are $100, Includes 4 recipes, with hard copy of the recipes for future reference, as well as a grocery list of the ingredients needed.
  • Family / Group Classes of 4 people are $125, for four people Includes 5 recipes, with hard copy of the recipes for future reference, as well as a grocery list of the ingredients needed.( Each additional person $25)
Classes do not include groceries
