Flax Seed Crackers

Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients

For 4 people ()

  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) ground flaxseed
  • 1 sesame seeds
  • 1 ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 rice flour
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grape seed oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grape seed oil

Directions

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle. Mix half of the water and oil together. Mix this into the well. Mix the rest of the oil and water and add as needed to form a firm ball of dough. Knead dough for at least 5 minutes.
    Rest dough for 20 minutes.
    Roll onto baking sheets as thin as possible.
    Glaze with honey water and sprinkle with salt.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
