Best Leftover Idea Ever!
Keeping Kale on hand is a must. So to help you use it up in the week here is a great leftover idea. Putting leftovers in the fridge can turn into just a pit-stop to the garbage. This is costly and wasteful. Kill two birds with one stone so to speak. Lightly steam some kale 2 min and flated the stem with the back of a knife. Now scoop your leftovers, ie chilli, roast dinner leftovers, rice and veg what ever. Now wrap them up like a cabbage roll and place in a casserole dish cover and put in the freezer for use later in the week.
