For my Jr. Sure Chefs, try this recipes out and combine last weeks and this weeks featured ingredients and make CHIA MANGO YOGURT POPSICLE ‘S! Better for the summer, but we can get out beach towels and umbrellas and just pretend for now.
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 2 cup natural, unflavored and unsweetened yogurt
- zest of one lime
- Puree mango flesh until lump free.
- In a large bowl fold together the lime zest, yogurt, mango puree and chia seeds.
- Spoon into Popsicle molds and freeze for several hours. Enjoy!
